Capsicum, Broccoli & Paneer Stir Fry


Capsicum ( green, red, yellow ) – 1 cup, chopped
Paneer cubes – ½ cup
Broccoli florets – ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – a pinch
Kasoori methi – a pinch
Garam masala – 1 tsp.
Dhania Jeera powder – 1 tsp.
Coconut oil – 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste


  1. Take a fry pan, add oil and saute the paste for a couple of minutes.
  2. Then add in all the vegetables, powders, salt to taste and mix well. Cover and cook till the vegetables and paneer turn a bit soft.
  3. Once they are to your desired preference  , remove the lid and stir fry for just a minute or two. Take it out into a serving dish and its ready to eat.
