How to make Chocolate Sauce

For Chocolate Sauce
Semi-sweet cooking chocolate – 200 gms. chopped
Fresh cream – 200 gms.


  1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl on a double boiler till smooth.
  2. Let it cool a bit and add cream to it. Mix well.

Note –
You can also add a combination of both milk and dark cooking chocolate.

You can use the chocolate sauce as a topping for ice-cream or on cakes.
