Mixed Vegetable Cutlet | Easy Recipe for Mixed Veg Patties

Ingredients

Carrot – 2
Potatoes – 3
Peas – 1/4 cup
Sweet Corn – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
Cumin powder –  ½ tsp.
Garam masala –  ½ tsp.
Oil – 2 tbsp.

Method

1. In a pressure cooker boil together the carrot, potatoes, peas and corn.
2. In a bowl, take the boiled vegetables and mash them properly.
4. Add in the salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
5. Form into patties and shallow fry on a non-stick tawa and serve with tomato sauce.
