Drumstick Curd Chutney | Drumstick Pachadi


Drumsticks –  4
Curd –  200 ml
Salt to taste

To temper

Green chillies –  4 slit lengthwise
Ghee – 1tbsp.
Mustard seeds –  1 tsp
Curry leaves – few


  1. Wash, clean and cut the drumsticks into 2 inch pieces.
  2. Cook the drumsticks in a pressure cooker adding water and salt.
  3. Once done, remove the flesh from the inside of the drumstick pieces and keep aside in a vessel.
  4. Mix the curd into it and do the tempering. Taste for salt.
