Ingredients
Ridge gourd – 2 cups (chopped)
Coriander – half a bunch. (chopped)
Oil – 1 tbsp.
Cumin – 1 tsp.
Split urad dal – 1 tsp.
Green chillies – 2 or 3, chopped
Salt to taste
Tamarind – a small piece
Method
- Take a pan and add Oil
- Once hot, add the cumin and urad dal.
- Fry for a couple of minutes and add the green chillies and ridge gourd pieces.
- Sauté till soft and then add salt to taste.
- Then add the chopped coriander and mix well.
- Lastly add the tamarind and cook for a few minutes
- Cool and grind.
