Ingredients
Tomatoes – 4 finely chopped
Oil – ½ tsp.
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
Salt – 1 tsp.
Turmeric – 1 tsp.
Curry leaves – a few
Coriander leaves – a small bunch
Garlic cumin paste – 1 tsp.
Drumstick – 1, chopped
Water – ½ cup
To temper
Oil
Mustard seeds
Cumin
Curry leaves
Hing
Red chillies
Split urad dal
Method
1. Add all the above ingredients in a pressure cook and cook till done.
2. Strain into a bowl and do the tempering.
