Cabbage and Potato Vegetable Curry

Ingredients

Cabbage – 150 gms. chopped
Potato – 1 chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Kitchen king masala – ¾ tsp.
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
Turmeric- ½ tsp.
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp.
Cumin – 1 tsp.
Urad dal – ½ tsp.

Method

  1. Take a small pressure cooker. Add oil and once hot, add the mustard seeds, cumin and urad dal.
  2. Once they splutter, add the tomato pieces. When it turns mushy add the masala powder, red chilli powder and turmeric.
  3. Now add the vegetables. Stir well and cover and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add water and salt and pressure cook for 3 whistles till done.
