Beans and Potato Curry | Aloo Beans Recipe

Ingredients

Beans – 100 gms. chopped
Potato – 1 chopped
Onion – 1 big chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Kitchen king masala – ¾ tsp.
Green chillies – 2 chopped
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
Turmeric- ½ tsp.
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp.
Cumin – 1 tsp.
Urad dal – ½ tsp.

Method

  1. Take a small pressure cooker. Add oil and once hot, add the mustard seeds, cumin and urad dal.
  2. Now add onion pieces and green chillies and fry till translucent.
  3. Now add the tomato pieces. When it turns mushy add the masala powder, red chilli powder and turmeric.
  4. Now add the vegetables. Stir well and cover and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add water and salt and pressure cook for 3 whistles till done.
