Ingredients
Dosakaya pieces – 1 cup
Onion-1 chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Ginger – 1 tbsp. grated
Cumin -1/2 tsp.
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Urad dal – ½ tsp.
Curry leaves – a few
Oil – 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Method
1. Take a pan and add oil.
2. Once oil turns hot, add cumin, mustard, ginger, urad dal, curry leaves and sauté well.
3. Then add the onion pieces and dosakaya pieces and cook till soft.
4. Now add the tomatoes and salt and fry well for a few minutes.
5. Cool and blend altogether.
