Dosakaya Pachadi with Onion and Tomato | Yellow Cucumber Chutney

Dosakaya pieces – 1 cup
Onion-1 chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Garlic – 3 pods
Cumin -1/2 tsp.
Red chillies – 2
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp.

For Tempering
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Urad dal – ½ tsp.
Curry leaves – a few
Oil – 1 tbsp.

1. Take a pan and add oil.
2. Once oil turns hot, add cumin, red chillies, garlic and onions. Sauté well
3. Then add the dosakaya pieces and cook till soft. Remove from pan.
4. In the same pan, add chopped tomato with salt and sauté well and remove.
5. Blend altogether. Do tempering and serve.
