Ingredients
Barbati – 200 gms. chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Potato – 1 chopped
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp.
Turmeric- ½ tsp.
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp.
Cumin – 1 tsp.
Urad dal – ½ tsp.
Curry leaves – few
Oil – 2 tbsp.
Method
- Take a small pressure cooker. Add oil and once hot, add the mustard seeds, cumin, urad dal and curry leaves.
- Now add onion pieces and fry till translucent.
- Now add the potato and barbati. Stir.
- Cover and cook for a couple of minutes. Now add salt, chilli powder and turmeric.
- Add water and pressure cook for 3 whistles till done.
