Ingredients
Drumsticks – 2 cut and boiled
Onions – 2 chopped
Tomato – 2 pureed
Green chilli – 2 sliced
Oil – 2 tbsp.
Mustard – 1 tsp.
Curry leaves – few
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp.
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp.
Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
Coconut – 2 tbsp. grated
Water – for gravy
Method
- Take a kadai and add oil into it. Once hot, add the mustard, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste. Fry well.
- Now add the onion pieces and green chilli and sauté. Fry till the onion turns translucent.
- Then add the drumstick pieces, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric and mix well.
- Fry for a couple of minutes. Now add the pureed tomato, salt and water enough to get a gravy consistency.
- Cover and cook till done. Lastly add the coconut, stir for a minute and remove from fire.
