Ingredients
Dark chocolate – 100 gms. chopped
Nuts – ½ cup ( almond/pista/cashew finely chopped )
Unsalted butter – 4 tbsp.
Milk – 2 tbsp.
Vanilla essence – ½ tsp.
Icing sugar – 1 cup
Method
- Place chocolate and butter in a deep microwave dish. Cook uncovered on high for 1 min. Remove and stir. Cook till chocolate melts.
- Now stir in milk and vanilla essence. Mix in the icing sugar gradually, stirring constantly.
- Add in nuts and mix well.
- Pour into a shallow dish lined with butter paper. Cool in the refrigerator for a minimum of 15 – 20 mins. till the fudge sets. Cut into pieces and serve.
